M.Y. Real Estate Investment Fund (the "Fund") is an investment fund with a total return strategy targeting positive returns through investments in the real estate sector.

We believe that the real estate sector can generate long-term value for investors through long-term capital appreciation and income-producing strategies.

We target a combination of strategies in the Fund throughout different real estate cycles. Investment opportunities are driven by our analysis of the risk and reward profile of each investment over time.
